Existing Conditions

The Existing Conditions Analysis is the first phase in a Comprehensive Plan.  It is a data gathering phase of existing conditions in the Village of Dobbs Ferry and answers the question of “Where are we now?”. It includes written narratives and analyses, and maps of existing conditions to provide a snapshot of the Village as it exists today. The baseline data are also used as the Existing Conditions for the State Environmental Quality Review (SEQR) analysis.  Below are the topics of the existing conditions that have been prepared thus far as part of this process.
